I called to get the blinker light bulb replaced. The associate who answered my call told me to bring my car to the service center. I requested him to replace all the 4 light bulbs ?. I had even purchased couple of the light bulbs to replace them myself but couldn't able to do so. The associate gave me a good estimate. It was a good experience. This store told me to come without any appointments like others. Hyundai of Boucher Waukesha told me to come next week to get these replaced. Thanks for the prompt service.

This is one of the more trustworthy places I've been to for automotive repair. I was quoted for the same repair, over twice as much and the service was excellent. I will wait to see what truly happened, not what the media says. I would have a hard time, believing this place was irresponsible, considering the service I have received for the last 5 years. I have been coming to Moorland Auto for the past 3 years for routine oils changes and various car issues along the way. The owner and employees are always very nice, professional and honest. Been a customer for over 5 years now and I've only had excellent service at Moorland Auto! I recently needed an oil change/tune up before a family road trip and the manager was especially helpful (and honest!) in prioritizing my 2008 Honda Odyssey's needs. He told me what was urgent, high pressure line fire power steering, and what could wait but keep an eye on, shock in rear starting to fade. They loaned me a car overnight so I wasn't inconvenienced while they waited for a part to come in the next morning. They finished the work before I had expected even! The prices are fair and never inflated (I've done my research, yes :-) ). They don't try to upsell you or scare you into repairs. This is especially important for me, as a woman. I have had bad experience with other shops, never at Moorland Auto though. Bob, the owner and manager will always answer any questions you may have and advise honestly and patiently. I highly recommend Moorland Auto for your auto work, domestic or foreign vehicles!

I found a water leak under my car. It looked and smelled like radiator fluid. Then, I used the heater and smelled antifreeze. I was convinced it was probably the heater core and dreaded the eventual bill. I took it to Moorland Auto and asked them to troubleshoot. Within a few hours, it was done. I asked what they found and the answer was, "Nothing." I was dumbfounded that there was nothing wrong and that they were so honest. I paid $30 for the troubleshooting time and walked out knowing I have found the mechanic for me. There was an opportunity to take advantage and I would never had known. They did not. I am willing to pay for work done and I feel confident that is what happens at Moorland Auto.
