The manager, Scott is thorough and willing to explain step by step what is going on with the vehicle, what needs to be done and will update you along the way before going forward with any work. I have been taking my automobiles to this shop for many years. What I like the most is their honest approach to work, and their eye toward getting a repair completed and not trying to get you to do repairs beyond what's truthfully needed.
